Delivery Conditions:

• As per the agreement made in 2016, furniture-carrying companies deliver products only to the entrance of the building; there are no deliveries to higher floors. We apologize to all our customers on behalf of the courier companies.
• The customer must check the outer surface of the packages during delivery. If any damage is found, a damage report must be obtained.
• Returns or exchanges cannot be processed for products without a damage report.

Return Conditions:

• The product you wish to return must be unused and not damaged due to user error.
• The return of products like mattresses and bedding sets is only possible if the packaging is unopened, unused, and untested.
• You must return the product with its original packaging and invoice.
